Located in St. Paul’s, the design required meticulous planning to optimise the 50,000 square foot linear floor plate. From accessing the building to unlocking lockers, our design prioritised convenience and efficiency.

Designed to accommodate a diverse team from around the globe and welcome guests from all corners of the world, this tech hub needed to be more than just a workspace. It was envisioned as a dynamic environment that would foster collaboration, creativity, and cultural exchange. The layout encourages fluid movement and interaction, with designated spaces for both focused work and spontaneous team gatherings. Whether huddling for impromptu meetings or hosting social events, the hub exudes energy and vibrancy while providing quiet areas for concentrated work.
